Purchasing and Ordering Products
When you make purchases or orders of any of our products or services from our Online Store, which is part of this Website (my.eastchenconsultancy.com), you agree, in addition to being bound by the Terms of Use, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right to shop at my.eastchenconsultancy.com in accordance with these terms and conditions of use. You hereby agree to supervise usage by, and be responsible for the actions of, any minors who use your computer and/or registration account to access/shop at eastchenconsultancy.com.
The Products and services advertised on eastchenconsultancy.com may be revised, amended, re-priced, withdrawn or discontinued at any time and at the sole discretion of East Chen Consultancy.
Once you add an item to your shopping cart, it is reserved for a brief period of time to allow you to complete your order. In the unlikely event that East Chen Consultancy determine the item is sold out after you place your order, an email will be sent to you explaining that the item is sold out.
The delivered goods may differ in slight specification or image appearing on the web-site. East Chen Consultancy makes no warranty for the appearance of any of the Products provided on the Website and expressively disclaims any liability for any errors and discrepancies.
Online Bookings
By submitting an online booking request, you agree that East Chen Consultancy has the sole and absolute discretion to accept, reject or propose an alternate time for the appointment. Nothing in the provision of the facility to allow online bookings of appointments shall be taken to amount to an offer, acceptance or intention to enter into a legally binding contract.
Terms of Delivery
East Chen Consultancy shall, procure a delivery agent to deliver the Products to such address indicated or furnished by you and that delivery of the Products will be subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between eastchenconsultancy.com and the delivery agent (as may be supplemented or otherwise amended from time to time). All delivery, shipping, taxes, duties and other related charges, costs and expenses may be borne by you if stated. Arrangement for the dates and periods of delivery of the Products shall be within 10 working days or made between the delivery agent and you directly.
East Chen Consultancy shall not be liable for any delays in delivery. Any estimates of delivery times and periods are indicative only and no guarantee is made by East Chen Consultancy or the delivery agent that an order will be delivered within the specified time.
Insurance for the Products may be effected at your request and option, and if so effected, the costs of such insurance (including any premiums payable) shall be borne and be payable by you.
Payment Terms
All payments to be made through www.eastchenconsultancy.com shall be paid using credit card payment (where you are the personal holder of that card) or such other payment as East Chen Consultancy may from time to time allow, made in accordance with such procedures as East Chen Consultancy may from time to time require.
East Chen Consultancy (or its assignees or agent) is under no obligation to fulfil or deliver any order until payment of all charges are received in full by East Chen Consultancy in the currency quoted for such goods and services on the Website.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices quoted do not include delivery charges and applicable duties. All duties, levies deductions, withholdings, tariffs, taxes and other charges payable including Goods Services Tax in relation to goods or services ordered and not included in the price of such goods and services shall be borne solely by the client.
Exchange Policy
Customer should understand that the cancellation and refund request of any services or class ordered with East Chen Consultancy via its website or Mobile App will be as per below arrangement,
More than 21 days before East Chen’s service/class execution: 100%
21 -15 days before East Chen’s service/class execution: 50%
14-8 days before East Chen’s service/class execution: 25%
7 days or less before East Chen’s service/class execution: No refund allowed
As for any physical item, should customer found it was delivered in a physically damaged condition upon received, please call or message 97890321 together with the relevant photos/video immediately to have the situation reported and East Chen Consultancy reserve the right to exchange the item with another that is of equal value should the ordered & damaged item are out of stock.
Should customer decided that the item to be exchanged is not in preference, a 100% refund via bank transfer or Paynow will be exercised within 14 working days upon the items are returned. Should in a situation that East Chen deems there is no necessity for the item to be returned, the exchange or refund will be carried out within 14 working days upon written confirmation by any means of written communication that includes but not limited to; Email, Whatapps, Sms, Wechat, Telegraph etc.
Customer should take note that a refund request can only be valid within the 24 hours upon goods delivered. Any request beyond the time frame stated may not be valid and East Chen reserved the right to reject the request.
